Shannon Horosky found the sport of field hockey in 5th grade at Whisconier Middle School in Brookfield, Connecticut and fell in love with the sport. She played four years of Varsity Field Hockey at Brookfield High School under Connecticut High School Coaches Association Hall of Famer, Cindy Adamski. Immediately after high school, she went on to coach at New Fairfield high school for four years, capturing a Patriot Division title in her third year. She started coaching at Immaculate in 2010. Since arriving at the school, she has compiled a record of 59-21-6. She has helped produced eight First Team All-State Athletes and eight All-SWC athletes. Shannon is married to Adam Horosky, a former Mustang football coach and together they have one daughter, Bradley, and another daughter on the way. Outside of field hockey, she enjoys playing golf and softball and traveling.
