Fine Arts Overview

Our Fine Arts Department is committed to creating and supporting a diverse and advanced curriculum that encourages all students to reach their creative potential by developing an understanding and appreciation of the arts. The philosophy and mission of the Fine Arts program is to provide an opportunity for each and every student to discover an inner voice of self-expression using innovative, creative and problem solving skills.

The faculty of the Fine Arts Department is comprised of professional artists and scholars who share a passion for teaching and believe in a diverse and technologically advancing world where the arts are a vital expression of the human experience. Faculty members make every effort to collaborate and integrate the talents of students at school-scheduled events.

Student musicians, singers and performers participate in school Masses, concerts, coffeehouses, ceremonies, plays, musicals and other events throughout the entire year. Art students display their work at our Annual Art Show as well as in art competitions at the local, regional and state levels.
