HONOR A VETERAN WITH A FLAG ON OUR VETERANS HILL OF HONOR
Immaculate will have a Veterans Hill of Honor for Veterans Day. We will be displaying flags on the front lawn beginning Thursday, November 10, 2022. Flags with veteran name recognition on yellow ribbons can be purchased for $20. Please click the button below and complete the form. Thank you for helping IHS honor our veterans. All proceeds will go to support programs at the CT Department of Veterans Affairs.
MASS OF REMEMBRANCE PRAYER REQUEST
On All Saints Day on Tuesday, November 1, our school community will remember and pray for all of those members of the Immaculate family who have passed away at a special Mass of Remembrance. The Mass will begin at 9:20 am in the school gymnasium. Please email Theresa Ludanyi at tludanyi@myimmaculatehs.org if you plan on joining us.
We will pause to remember in prayer and gratitude the lives of those who, although no longer here, remain close to us through the Communion of Saints. Our prayers for them also deepen our faith in God's love and our hope of sharing in life eternal which Christ has prepared for us.
To help us include as many of the Immaculate family as possible in our prayers, please visit immaculatehs.org/morprayer to share the names of deceased loved ones you wish to remember. These lists will be placed in the Chapel and special remembrances will be made during our liturgy on November 1, as well as in Masses during the month of November.
