High School Placement Test (HSPT)

HSPT Dates

We will be hosting the HSPT in the following partner parochial school 8th grade classrooms on Wednesday, October. 7:

  • St. Mary School, Bethel

  • St. Mary School, Ridgefield

  • St. Gregory the Great School, Danbury

  • St. Rose of Lima School, Newtown

  • St. Peter School, Danbury

  • St. Joseph School, Danbury

This new offering to take the HSPT in the 8th grade classrooms of our local parochial schools will help to keep those students in their cohorts, while allowing us to keep our overall testing attendee count down on in-person testing dates at Immaculate, to ensure proper safety protocols are met. Letters from these principals have been sent to all 8th grade families.

We are hosting the following in-person testing dates at Immaculate for prospective students from the many other area schools. We will be following strict safety protocols, including temperature checks, the wearing of masks and socially distanced seating, which will be outlined for all registered test-takers prior to the testing date:

  • Saturday, October 31 at 8 a.m.

  • Saturday, November 14 at 8 a.m.

To register for the test, please create an account at www.immaculatehs.org/apply. The HSPT exam may only be taken once per student. As part of our Family-First admission focus, there is no fee for the exam. Please call Anne Soltes, Assistant to the Director of Admissions if you have any questions at (203) 744-1510 x163.
