We're all about finding the perfect fit, so our hiring process is designed to be thoughtful and thorough. Here's the lowdown:
- Send us your resume and application.
- Screening: We'll check out your application and let you know if we'd like to chat.
- First Interview: Get to know us in an initial interview.
- Internal Review: We'll talk about all the candidates and decide who moves to the next round.
- Second Interview: A more in-depth conversation with leaders or key team members.
- Reference Check: For our top candidates, we'll reach out to your references.
- Job Offer: If it's a match, you'll get an official offer to join the team!
- Fingerprinting: We'll do a background check as part of getting you onboard.
- VIRTUS training: a program used by the dioceses designed to educate and empower adults to create safe environments for our students.
