The track teams at Immaculate High School aim to provide a welcoming atmosphere for athletes of all levels. There is a place on the team for everyone, and one of the great things about track is that no one has to sit out or worry about playing time. Most of the meets we enter have races for everyone, and athletes are divided into heats of flights based on their prior times or performances so that they will face competition at their level. The most important thing that we value is hard work and self improvement. However, many athletes have gone on to achieve greatness. Both our boys and girls teams have a long tradition of excellence with multiple All-State, All-New England and All-American athletes. Many of our athletes also go on to compete at the collegiate level.
