Safe Environment Form

The Diocese of Bridgeport Office of Safe Environments has asked that all Alumni Association volunteers read the content of the attached handbook and electronically sign copies of the Executive Summary for Lay Volunteers (form acknowledgement below). Please know that the purpose of this directive is to simply increase awareness about the DOB and IHS policies with regard to our maintaining a safe environment for our students.
