Parent/Guardian Information Release: 2012-2013
Immaculate High School occasionally publishes the images and names of parents and students in school publications and on the school website as a result of school and extracurricular activities. These publications include, but are not limited to, the school directory, website, and honors achievement recognitions. In compliance with FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) regulations regarding the release of educational information, a parent must inform us if they opt not to have their student's information in a school publication or released to an outside agency or institution.
Please contact the Registrar's office at 203-744-1510 extension 153 if you do not want your student to be included in any of the following: address, telephone, or contact information in the Student Directory; name or contact information for any armed services recruiting purpose; images of your child on school generated external publications.
In an effort to improve communication, we have asked for the email addresses of both you and your student for our student database. This information will be used for school-related business only (notices of events & activities, sports information, etc.) This information will not be provided to any outside organization. Any emails we send to your student will also be sent to you.
