Spring Fest Walk is rapidly approaching! It is on Thursday, May 13th.

A letter was sent home to parents with third quarter report cards explaining the Spring Fest Walk. Students will get their pledge forms this week and should work to get their Walk pledge monies back to school no later than May 12th (prior to Walk). It is imperative that monies be turned in prior to the day of the Spring Fest Walk (May 13th) as we need to calculate how many tickets each student will receive for the Dunk Tank Contest. For each $10 a student raises, he/she will get 1 ticket to use at the Dunk Tank. Goal for each student is $100. Remember---we have 5 brave males who have consented to be in the Dunk Tank that day---Dunleavy, Esposito, Barata, Mingachos and Neville!!!

Mr. Mertens and Mr. Muchanski are working on a trebuchet (catapult) that will be demonstrated at the Spring Fest Walk. Volunteers to help construct the trebuchet have already been meeting with Mr. Muchanski and Mr. Mertens.

The Ultimate Frisbee Team Sign Up Sheets will be displayed this week outside of Guidance at the end of this week. Please sign up for this fun event which will be coordinated by our Fabulous PE team of Mrs. Sabel and Mr. Plumb!! Teams must be composed of 5 boys and 5 girls to enter the event!!

Help!!!---does anyone have a long, heavy rope that can be used for the Class Tug-of-War???? We would appreciate your help so that our expenses can be kept to a minimum!!!

WE STILL NEED LOTS OF BAKERS FOR EXTRA GOODIES FOR THE “HUNGRY WALKERS”. If you have not signed up to bake something for this event, please contact Mrs. Stockmann ASAP. WALK FEST IS ONLY 2 WEEKS AWAY!!!
