Incoming Freshmen must submit this non-refundable deposit by February 1, 2013 in order to reserve their place in the Class of 2017. Currently enrolled students must also submit their deposit by February 1, 2013.  Currently enrolled students have the option of making two installments of $250 each on February 1st, 2013 and March 1st, 2013.

Financial Aid

For incoming Freshmen, the deadline to complete the Smart Tuition Aid application was extended to Saturday, November 10th. You can fill out the Smart application at www.smarttuitionaid.com. Immaculate High School's code is 11276

For currently enrolled students the deadline to complete the Smart Tuition Aid application was Friday, December 7th. Please log on to the Smart Tuition Aid website at www.smarttuitionaid.com and use Immaculate's code: 11276 to complete your application.  Forfietures will apply after January 27, 2013.

Smart rates all applicants on the basis of their relative need, and financial aid is allocated to families on that basis. Financial aid can be available for all grades at Immaculate, but families must reapply each year because personal situations do change over time. Parents will be notified of any financial aid awards in January 2013.

Scholarships

In addition to financial aid, scholarships are available to students on the basis of academic achievement and significant involvement in school life. For a full list of scholarships available from Immaculate, please see the Scholarships and Tuition Assistance page.

Students should also consider scholarships that are available from local service and fraternal organizations, such as the Knights of Columbus or Ancient Order of Hibernians.

Local Parish Assistance

Some local parishes can offer financial assistance to parishioners who are Immaculate High School students. Contact your local parish to see if there is tuition assistance available.

Beyond grants-in-aid, additional tuition assistance may be available for families who have especially high financial need. Please contact us after all other areas have been exhausted.
