The tuition for the 2017- 2018 school year is $12,850
Ebook fee/Class Fee is $470
Immaculate Parent Association fee is $50.

Immaculate High School offers the following payment plans:
1 Pay Plan (Yearly) – Full Tuition is paid by July 5th
2 Pay Plan (Semester) – Tuition paid in two equal installments by July 5th and January 5th
11 Pay Plan (Monthly) – Tuition is paid in 11 equal monthly installments, July through May
All payment plan options are administered by FACTS Grant & Aid.
Class of 2022 Enrollment Deposit of $500 is due no later than Tuesday, February 6, 2018.
Returning Students: Enrollment Deposit of $500 is due no later than Tuesday, February 6, 2018.
Financial Aid applications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
The financial aid process requires families to provide personal information. Immaculate High School adheres to the highest standards of confidentiality.
A variety of criteria are considered, including income (taxable and nontaxable), assets, number of dependents, number of children attending tuition-based schools, number of parents who are working, etc. Parents are obligated to disclose if they receive any outside financial help for education from relatives, friends or other sources. This information is balanced with data about living expenses, medical costs, indebtedness, and other factors such as child support and legal expenses. A standardized approach is used to determine a family’s discretionary income. A portion of this discretionary income is considered available for educational costs.
The amount of aid provided to each family depends upon established need, the amount of aid dollars, and the number of applicants for this aid.
Financial aid applications will not be considered if there is a past due balance on the current year’s tuition.
Financial aid packages are allocated on a one year basis only. If financial aid is needed for the remaining years, updated applications must be submitted each year via FACTS Grant & Aid.
In the case of divorced, separated or single parents, the obligation of parents to contribute to the education of his/her son or daughter, is managed according to the documentation required in the application/financial assistance process. We make every attempt to work with parents/guardians on an individual basis.
A tuition reduction is possible for multiple siblings attending concurrently. A $500 reduction for the second sibling and a $700 reduction for the third sibling.

Immaculate High School has been approved to offer a K-12 Family Education Sallie Mae Loan for parents with students enrolled at Immaculate High School. To apply for a loan online through the Online Loan Application process, please go to:

Your Tuition Solution
The Your Tuition Solution program offers plans ranging from 24 to 84 months and cover tuition amounts up to $50,000 with no application or origination fees. Your Tuition Solution fixed rates begin at 3.99% APR. For additional information visit:
APPLYING FOR FINANCIAL AID
To gather information and objectively assess need, Immaculate High School subscribes to FACTS Grants & Aid Assessment. FACTS evaluates a family’s ability to pay school costs and forwards that data to Immaculate High School. The Immaculate High School Financial Aid Committee reviews this information in the context of each family’s individual circumstances and then makes award decisions.
FACTS will begin accepting applications for the 2017-2018 year on October 1, 2017.

NOTE FOR RETURNING FAMILIES:
Immaculate High School recognizes that families’ financial situations may change from year to year. So that IHS can track those needs each family receiving aid is required to submit an updated/renewed FACTS Grants & Aid application each year. If you do not resubmit an application through FACTS you will not receive any financial assistance for the 2017-2018 academic year. Families who are not currently receiving aid but are in financial need should apply as well. Financial Aid awards are awarded on a year-to-year basis for current students.
